Yesterday was a perfect day for Pastel Painters of Maine's annual trip to Peaks Island in Casco Bay. There were 10 of us including a few friends of PPOM. We had a great time. If you're on FB you can see a lot more photos of the trip. For me it was mostly a photo taking opportunity. Today I started work on a painting of the cliffs at Cushing Island which I photographed from Peaks. I've been thinking about this painting for a few years, hopefully it will be finished soon.

Peaks Island
Yesterday was a perfect day for Pastel Painters of Maine's annual trip to Peaks Island in Casco Bay. There were 10 of us including a few friends of PPOM. We had a great time.
